Whole Wheat Muffins Elsie Style

Ingredients:

1 c milk
2 eggs
1/3 c oil or melted butter
2 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c brown sugar
4 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
raisins (opt)
melted butter
cinnamon sugar

Mix wet ingredients, then add dry. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. While warm, dip tops in melted butter and then cinnamon sugar.
