Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken




Marinate

1 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
1 T Dijon Mustard
1 T olive oil
1 fresh lemon, zest and juice
1 t salt
cracked pepper
1-2 t garlic paste
1 t chopped fresh rosemary (can use dried)

Mix and cover, and refrigerate overnight or min 30 minutes.  Skewer and grill.
