Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c uncooked long grain rice
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T minced dried onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can of water
Mix first 5 ingredients into meatball shape. Drop into soup and water then cover and simmer for 1hour, or until the rice is tender. Serve with corn and other sides.
