Oh Boy Waffles

2 1/4c flour
3/4 t salt
2 eggs
1/2 c oil
4 t baking powder
1 1/2 T sugar
2 1/4 c milk
Combine ingredients, just until moistened. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray before the 1st batch and again later if waffles begin sticking.
Makes me want to make waffles! :) Yum!
